Ian Ferguson

Ian, the company’s Strategy and Development Director, has commercial and business development background in retail and consumer goods manufacturing. He started his retail career with Marks and Spencer and has been specialising in BID since they were introduced in the UK. Ian oversees the development and strategic overview of BIDs that pfbb UK works with. Ian holds an MBA from Leicester University and was Module Leader in MSc Competitive Marketing Strategy in De Montfort University Business School. He is on the Advisory Council for ATCM, a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management  and member of the BID Foundation

Melanie Ferguson-Allen

Melanie Ferguson-Allen

Melanie, the company’s Operations and Finance Director, has a commercial background and her past experience includes the management of events for the Royal Agricultural Society of England, a major grant strategy to develop and establish the Derby Cathedral Centre and the role of City Centre Management of Derby. Melanie, an expert in project management, marketing, sales and the evening economy, oversees the operational delivery and day to day projects of all the BIDs pfbb UK work with.

Chris is a Senior BID Project Manager who currently looks after Northampton’s Brackmills Industrial Estate BID.

Ashley Lewis

Ashley Lewis

Ashley oversees the implementation of both the Cathedral Quarter BID and St Peters Quarter BID Business Plans, working alongside the Project Executives and BID Rangers to deliver projects and activities, and reporting back to the BID Boards on progress.

Fergus McLardy

Fergus is BID Project Manager for Luton BID and is working on a range of projects related to changing the wider perceptions of Luton Town.

Ryan works alongside Ashley to deliver projects and initiatives in accordance with the St Peters Quarter BID Business Plan. Ryan will liaise with St Peters Quarter businesses on a regular basis, keeping them informed of information relating to the BID and dealing with any issues which may arise.

Eve works alongside Ashley to deliver projects and initiatives in accordance with the Cathedral Quarter BID Business Plan. With a background in online marketing, Eve is also responsible for undertaking social media on behalf of the BID, increasing interaction and promoting the area.
