Ian, the company’s Strategy and Development Director, has commercial and business development background in retail and consumer goods manufacturing. He started his retail career with Marks and Spencer and has been specialising in BIDs since they were introduced in the UK. Ian oversees the development and strategic overview of BIDs that pfbb UK works with. Ian holds an MBA from Leicester University and was Module Leader in MSc Competitive Marketing Strategy in De Montfort University Business School. He is on the Advisory Council for ATCM, a Fellow of the Institute of Place Management, a member of the BID Foundation and an Expert on the Governments High Street Task Force.
Melanie, the company’s Operations and Finance Director, has a commercial background and her past experience includes the management of events for the Royal Agricultural Society of England, a major grant strategy to develop and establish the Derby Cathedral Centre and the role of City Centre Management of Derby. Melanie, an expert in project management, marketing, sales , governance and BID finance, oversees the operational delivery and day to day projects of all the BIDs that pfbb UK work with.
Mark has responsibilities for BID Operations of the Northampton Town Centre BID. Mark has a background in retail store management.
Julia is the BID Manager for Luton Town Centre and has a background in retail store management.
Michael is the BID Manager for Stakehill BID and has a background in business crime prevention.
Brad is the BID Manager for Cathedral Quarter Derby and St Peters Quarter Derby.
Brad works with Eve and the Rangers to deliver projects in accordance with the BID plan.
Brad has a vast background in hospitality and management.
Arfan works alongside Ian Ferguson as the BID Development Manager supporting the development and renewal of BIDs across the UK.
Sean is the BID Project Manager for Bracknell BID. With a background in architecture in the US and the UK and a strong interest in local economic development, Sean is working on a number of projects to re-establish Bracknell’s importance as an IT sector hub and support growth and investment in the area.
Eve is a Project Executive and works alongside Brad to deliver projects and initiatives in accordance with the Cathedral Quarter BID Business Plan. With a background in online marketing, Eve is also responsible for undertaking social media on behalf of the BID, increasing interaction and promoting the area.
Colleen is the Luton BID Project & Marketing Executive and has a degree in Fashion Journalism
